Classes

New To Classes: new to yoga | new to cycling | new to Cycling and yoga

These classes are designed for beginners; however, all levels will still get a good workout. There will be an extra focus on how to do the little things properly to get the best experience possible.

Heated Yoga Flow

This vinyasa style yoga class will take you through flowing movements that coordinate with inhalation and exhalation. This is an all levels class so everyone can join in on the zen.

Cycle and Flow

30 minutes of high intensity cycling followed by 30 minutes of yoga flow. For those of you who can’t choose just one, you’re welcome.

Yoga arms and abs

In this class, we change up the routine of a traditional yoga flow to place more focus on the upper body and core because who doesn't need a little more attention in those parts?

Detox & restore

This unique class offers a special sequence of yoga poses to detox and cleanse the body while working on strength, flexibility, and balance. The class will finish with restorative postures to encourage more deep stretching and relaxation.

Cycle

45 minutes. Get ready to do work.

CYCLE & STRENGTH

This is a FULL body workout here! Power Cycle for 30 minutes then skip over to the yoga room for another 30 minutes of resistance band training to work on the arms, back, and core.

Cycle & Arms

We work those legs hard in cycling. If you don't want to get off the bike to work your arms too, then this class is for you! In this interval style class, you'll get a cardio workout, leg strengthening, and upper body toning exercises.

Cycle & CORE

All the benefits of our full cycling class with an added bonus of some much needed core work at the end (in the yoga room). Get ready for some planks and other core favorites - or not-so-favorites.

HIIT & STRENGTH

HIIT is high intensity interval training and is designed to give you maximum results in a short period of time. Expect to use your body weight, resistance bands, and cycling intervals to build strength, power, and get a great cardiovascular workout. ALL LEVELS are welcomed - modifications will be provided.

FAQ

do I need to sign up for classes in advance?

It is highly recommended that you sign up for classes online prior to the scheduled class. This helps in a few ways. First, it reserves your spot so you don't have to worry about the class being full. Second, it saves time because when you arrive at the studio all we need to do is quickly check you into the class and you are ready to go. Third, you can schedule your classes for several weeks in advance to reserve your spot and keep you exercising on a regular basis.

What’s the deal with indoor cycling?

Indoor cycling has been around since the 1980s. It has become increasingly popular over the last few years with more independent studios opening. Indoor cycling is a great form of cardiovascular exercise and helps to build strength and endurance in the lower body.

What do I need to wear and bring to a cycling class?

You should wear comfortable exercise clothing and tennis shoes. Clip in bicycle shoes are not necessary, but some people prefer to use them. Bring a water bottle and a small towel. We sell water in the studio and have water fountains for refills.

What if I’ve never taken a cycling class before?

You should arrive at least 10 minutes early so that the instructor can help you get comfortable on your bike. That’s all you need to get started. The rest comes with practice.

What are the benefits of heated yoga and is it for me?

When practicing yoga in a heated room your body is able to get into postures more deeply and safely. You also sweat more than in a non-heated room, so there is an additional benefit of detoxification of the body. Heated yoga can be beneficial for anyone. If you are concerned about practicing yoga in a heated room, please contact us and we can make sure it is right for you.

What should I wear and bring to a yoga class?

You should wear comfortable exercise clothing that is breathable. Yoga practice is best barefoot, but some people prefer to keep their socks on. You should bring a mat, towel, and a water bottle. We have mats if you forget to bring yours at no cost.

What happens if I sign up for a class and can’t make it?

You can cancel your class sign-up with no penalty as long as it is at least 4 hours before the class. If you fail to cancel and don’t show up or try to cancel outside of the 4 hour time frame, your class fee is forfeited.
